Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & transfer to hotel
After your long flight, get a warm welcome from your professional driver guide at the airport in Nairobi. This will be followed by a short briefing about your 15 Days safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Drive safely from the airport to your hotel in Nairobi capital city, Kenya.
Day 2: Nairobi-Tsavo NP
Set off from Nairobi city to Tsavo East National Park. Check in early at the lodge and proceed with afternoon game drive. Spend the better part of your day exploring different animals in this park including buffaloes, cheetahs, lions, rhinos, elephants, and leopards, plus birds.
Day 3: Explore Tsavo West NP
Leave Tsavo East and enjoy the morning game drive along the game tracks in Tsavo West National Park. You will search for wildlife such as the lesser Kudus, lions, cheetahs, rhinos, wild dogs, dik-dik, zebras, giraffes, and plenty of birds. Other possible sites to explore include Mzima springs where you can enjoy sights of hippos, and fish in crystalline clear water.
Day 4: Tsavo West-Amboseli
After breakfast, depart Tsavo West National Park for Amboseli National Park a preferred game viewing and photography destination. You will spend at least 5 hours driving to this park and you stand a chance to enjoy the spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro Volcano. Have enough time relaxing at the lodge, dine and retire for the night.
Day 5: Go game drive (full-day)
Have breakfast and you will start your wildlife expedition with an experienced park guide. Abundant animal species will be encountered including the cape buffaloes, huge herds of elephants, cheetahs, lions, and birds.
Day 6: Amboseli-Naivasha for bird watching experience
Depart from Amboseli National Park for a birding tour in Lake Naivasha. This lake is host to diverse bird species including Verreaux’s eagle, knob-billed ducks, white backed ducks, fulvous whistling duck, African citril, white billed canary, streaky seedeaters, red-chested cuckoos, Eurasian nightjars, thick-knees, cranes and others.
Day 7: Lake Naivasha-Maasai Mara Reserve
Transfer from Lake Naivasha to Maasai Mara Reserve, about half day drive and arrive early to check in at the lodge. Embark on an afternoon game drive after lunch and look for elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes and many bird species.
Day 8: A full day guided wildlife viewing
In the morning, you will embark on full day search for Maasai Mara wildlife. The must-see animals in this reserve include hyenas, wildebeest, giraffes, topis, bat eared foxes, Thompson gazelles, topis, impalas, zebras, lions, and jackals. Get to the Mara River to watch the river crossing and crocodiles.
Day 9: Balloon experience and a visit to the Maasai warrior village
Wake up early in the morning and catch up with the morning balloon experience to enjoy aerial view of the reserve’s big five game and other species. The balloon experience comes with a delicious breakfast and when you return, relax then proceed with a cultural encounter in the Maasai warrior village.
Day 10: Maasai Mara to Serengeti NP crossing via Isebania
Cross to Serengeti National Park by road via Isebania border. Serengeti is a vast protected area with land area measuring over 14763sq.km and its name means endless plains. It is a recognized heritage site and biosphere reserve, home to a huge concentration of animals including buffaloes, elephants, lions, rhinos and leopards.
Day 11-12: Wildlife viewing
You will have 2 days to marvel at Serengeti National Park wildlife species. Visit the rich habitats in the park as you search for animals such as Thomson gazelles, zebras, watch the wildebeest migration, leopards, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elands and more.
Day 13: Visit Ngorongoro
Have breakfast and you will be picked at the camp/lodge. Set off for Ngorongoro to search for a lot more wildlife, especially the big game, jackals, hippos, gazelles, reedbucks, waterbucks, bushbucks, serval, elephants, and elands.
Day 14: Game drive & trip to Lake Manyara
Following early breakfast, transfer to Lake Manyara National Park where you will marvel at millions of bright-pink flamingos, elephants, tree climbing lions, and others.
Day 15: Game drive and depart
Have breakfast and you will undertake a game drive in the morning. Look out for wildlife such as buffaloes, baboons, giraffes, tree climbing lions, hippos, and countless flamingos. From your game drive, you will return to check out and proceed to Arusha city for departure.
