Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Nairobi City tour
Arrive in Nairobi at the Airport and be taken through a briefing about 5 days Safari and then take a short city tour where you encounter some attractions around the City like the cathedral churches and mosques, local markets, art and gallery centers, museums, giraffe house and many more others. You will later on head to the booked hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Transfer to Masai Mara and game drive
Have breakfast in the morning and then transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve for the best African wildlife encounter Safari. Masai Mara is related with Serengeti National Park of Tanzania in a way that they both host the annual wildebeest migration and at the same time have large numbers of wild animals. Arrive and have an evening game drive where you encounter different nature based attractions like the mammals, birds, butterflies, plants and many more others. Head to the lodge, check-in, have dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Full day game drive
Take a full day game drive in the premises of Mara plains where you encounter different eye-catching moments. This day will be amazing and memorable since you will enjoy both breakfast and lunch in the bush while spotting different animals. You will also on this day, enjoy the millions of wildebeest migration together with over thousands of zebras traversing River Mara.
Animals that are spotted on this day include cheetahs, leopard, hippos, rhinos, crocodiles, hyenas, elands, topics, giraffes, zebras and many more others.
Day 4: Hot air balloon experience and visit the Masai community
Take a hot Air Balloon Safari that will begin in the morning lasting for about 3 hours flying in the skies of Mara. This safari gives you an Aerial view of the wildlife in the park, look farthest till where your eyes stop.
In the evening after enjoying lunch. Visit the Masai community where you get to learn about the real African life of the Masai people through music dance and drama. Dress code, tasting traditional meals among others. Return to the lodge for your dinner and overnight say.
Day 5: Head back to Nairobi Kenya and departure
Leave Mara in the morning after breakfast and begin the journey back to Nairobi. Arrive and take an optional activity. Prepare for the departure flight back home as it marks the end of 5 days Masai Mara adventure.
