This is a Bwindi-Kenya & Tanzania Safari that takes you to 3 countries in East Africa that is Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Meet and have a great time with the mountain gorillas in Bwindi National Park, wildlife viewing in Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro craters through game drives and nature walks.
During this tour, you have enough time to witness the annual wildebeest migration that occurs from May to October. Also spot the big five animals, big cats, small primates, different bird species, enjoy beautiful endless plains and many more. You will also have a great time touring the community like that of the Batwa and the Masai people.

Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive in Uganda at Entebbe International Airport and transfer to a hotel
Arrive in Uganda at Entebbe International Airport and meet the driver guide. Meet and greet and then go through the amazing briefing to get conversant with the weather and the safari at large. Head to the booked hotel for meals and night stay.
Day 2: Whole day drive to Bwindi NP (stopover at the equator point)
Have breakfast and then transfer to Bwindi National Park a journey that will last for about 8 to 9 hours. Bwindi is one of a few destinations that homes the endangered mountain gorillas together with other living creatures like small primates, and large mammals like forest elephants, buffalos and duikers.
While on the way, you will have different amazing stopovers but the major ones will be at the Uganda equator line for photography, and souvenir buying and then another one in Mbarara town for hot lunch. Proceed and head to the lodge for your dinner.
Day 3: Gorilla trekking and Batwa community tour
Breakfast will be served upon waking up and then a short drive or walk to the park offices where the briefing takes place. Be told about the rules and regulations, materials to be used while trekking and many more others. Trekking will immediately begin with the help of the park guide ranger as you meet different attractions like birds and plants. Meet and spend an hour with a gorilla family trekked as you witness their behaviors and movements. Head back to the lodge with a gorilla trekking certificate.
After enjoying lunch, penetrate the Batwa community where you get to learn about the Batwa culture through music dance and drama, dressing code and you can also support their economy by buying some of their handmade crafts. Late evening, head to the lodge for your dinner.
Day 4: Transfer back to Kampala and fly to Nairobi
Head back to Kampala and fly to Nairobi to begin another adventure in Kenya. Meet and greet your driver guide and then head to the hotel in Nairobi.
Day 5: Leave for Lake Nakuru NP
Begin the day with breakfast and then transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park a home to flamingoes and other great mammals. There is a lot to spot such as Rothschild giraffes, cape buffaloes, impalas, waterbucks, hippos, spotted hyenas, zebras, gazelles and many more others. All this will be seen through the game drive on this day and the next morning which will create everlasting memories.
Day 6: Head to Masai Mara
The game drive will begin the day and thereafter head to Masai Mara national reserve where you encounter another adventure in style.
This reserve is known to be the ancestral land of the Masai people hence the name originates. Mara is one of the amazing destinations in Africa and is also known to host the annual wildebeest migration.
Day 7: Full day in Masai Mara Reserve
Spend a full day taking part in a game drive where you encounter different wild animals accompanied by beautiful scenery. The game drive will involve enjoying great moments such as sunrise and sunset, picnic lunch and bush breakfast and many more. Animals that won’t be missed are elephants, buffalos, lions, leopards, cheetahs, warthog, gazelles, kudu and many more others.
Day 8: Transfer to Serengeti National Park in Tanzania
Head to Serengeti NP a journey that will take about 12 hours’ drive. Serengeti National Park is related to Masai Mara since they host large numbers of animals and also host the annual wildebeest Migration. Arrive and head to the lodge to prepare for the two days in the plains of Serengeti taking game drives.
Day 9-10: Explore the plains of Serengeti NP
Spend two days enjoying the plains of Serengeti as you encounter the beautiful animals and bird life. Spot animals like lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo and black rhinos, gazelles, impalas, giraffes, elands, Topis, kongoni and many more. Just like in Masai Mara, you will spot the annual wildebeest migration. Have an option of visiting either the Masai people or taking a hot air balloon adventure.
Day 11: Head to Ngorongoro Crater
Head to the Ngorongoro Crater area for another experience where you get to discover the best of animal viewing and many more. Arriving will give you a chance to take a 5 hours’ game drive where you encounter different animals like bushbucks, elands, hartebeests, waterbucks, kudu, hippos, hyenas, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos. Head to the lodge booked and this will be the end of the day.
Day 12: Head to Arusha and fly home
Take a nature walk in the plains of Ngorongoro craters which will offer you a great adventure to spot animals like antelopes, zebras, wildebeests, cheetahs, jackals, impalas, bushbucks, elands, hartebeests and many more others. Later on, transfer to Arusha to catch up with your flight home to mark the end of the Bwindi-Kenya & Tanzania Safari.
