Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1. Head to Lake Nakuru NP

Head northwards through the Great Rift Valley as we journey to Lake Nakuru NP. This park is incredible and on arrival, embark on a game drive in the afternoon you get to spot different animals such as black rhinos, giraffes, buffalos, lions, waterbucks, baboons and zebras.

Apart from the birds, encounter different birds since it’s a birder’s haven and beautiful birds that can be spotted here include the African spoonbill, greater flamingo, long-crested eagle, lesser and great Flamingos and more.

Day 2. Game drive and head to Masai Mara National Reserve

Have a short sunrise game drive in Lake Nakuru national park and then head to Masai Mara national reserve southwards. This is a famous protected area in Kenya due to wildebeest migration and amazing Masai culture.

Arrive in the evening and embark on a game drive where you spot some big five animals, predators, small and big cats and antelopes. Head to the wildness lodge for your accommodation.

Day 3 & 4. Game safari in Mara plains

These two days are set to enjoy the plains of Mara through game viewing such as giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impala, hartebeests, and wildebeest. Elephants, buffalos, zebras and hippos, lions and many more.

The ultimate doubt of annual wildebeest migration won’t be missed and this occurs in May, June, July, August until October. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and the great moments such as picnic lunch and bush breakfast. Hot air balloon tour can be arranged at an extra cost.

Day 5. Head back to Nairobi, fly home
