The 7 Days Mara & Aberdare Park Safari is a wildlife adventure that will take you to discover the real African wilderness by visiting beautiful protected areas. Among others are Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Aberdare and Masai Mara National Reserve.
This safari will involve wildlife viewing through game drives and spotting the big five animals, big cats, endless sceneries, antelopes and then one of the world’s wonders – annual wildebeest migration in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1. Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Depending on the agreed pick up point in Nairobi, head to Amboseli National Park which is known to host large herds of elephants, over 420 bird species and beautiful scenery back dropped by Mount. Kilimanjaro in northern Tanzania known to have the highest peak (Uhuru Peak) in Africa.
Depending on arrival time in Amboseli national park, take an evening game drive to spot animals like Wildebeests, Giraffes, Baboons, elephants, zebras and buffaloes. Head to the lodge for a night stay.
Day 2. Full-day Amboseli discovery
Have a full day discovering Amboseli plains by taking part in morning and afternoon game drives, have a chance to spot more than what is listed here; notably lions, Crocodiles, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu, Leopards, Cheetahs, Wild dogs, Buffalos, Elephants and Giraffes.
Late in the evening, be served dinner that will be followed by overnight stay after preparing for the next day’s departure.
Day 3. Head to Aberdare National Park
Leave Amboseli and head to Aberdare national park immediately after breakfast. This park is located in the Aberdare mountain ranges in the east of great eastern rift valley. It was established in the 1950s and now covers an area of 767 square kilometres known for great scenery perfect for photography.
Arrive and travel for game drive where you spot animals like elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks.
Day 4. Travel to Lake Nakuru National Park
Have a morning game drive and then transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park, home to large numbers of flamingoes and other remarkable bird species. Arrive and head to the lodge for dinner.
Day 5. Head to Masai Mara
Take a morning game drive in Aberdare national park and later breakfast will be served at the lodge followed by a transfer to Masai Mara national reserve. This reserve is home of the Masai people that are cattle keepers and related to the Karamojong of Uganda. Arrive and head to the lodge.
Day 6. Full-day in Masai Mara Reserve
Discover the beauty of this park through a full-day game drive. This will allow you to encounter beautiful elephants, lions, giraffes, dik-dik, wildebeests, crocodiles, hippos, waterbucks, bushbucks, gazelles, Oryx, rhinos, cheetahs, hyenas and Topis. Luckily enough, you will witness the great wildebeest migration that moves together with gazelles and zebras.
Day 7. Head back to Nairobi, fly home
The climax of this 7 days Kenya safari will be after a drop-off at Jomo Kenyatta international airport in Nairobi for onward flight.
