Taasa Lodge – Taasa lodge is one of the best places to sleep in while at Serengeti national park situated on a ridge of a private protected area east of the park over looking the vast golden savannas of Serengeti national park covering a 60 hillside perch of land giving the usual feel at home experience at the African wilderness. The lodge is located at Loliondo game 5 kilometers from Klein’s gate of Serengeti national park.
The lodge consists of 15 elegant rooms beautifully designed with stylish African art with modern comfort. The easiest way to get to the park by standard chartered flights daily is by flying to Lobo airstrip. Here the lodge staff will pick you up. The drive by car is about 6 to 7 hours from Arusha town. Taasa lodge is an all year round destination. But the best months for visiting are from July to August. When wildebeests migration herds are present close to the lodge.
